Mary Taylor Anne Sarda Coteaux de Cabrerisse MT2 2024 is a distinctive French red wine from the Languedoc region of southern France. Crafted from 100% Carignan grapes grown on 40 to 60 year old vines, this wine reflects the character of rocky limestone and clay soils. Winemaker Anne Sarda carefully hand harvests the grapes, allowing natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts before aging the wine in traditional concrete vessels. The wine displays expressive aromas of black cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries, violets, and earthy minerals. Rich dark fruit flavors, firm yet balanced tannins, and a savory mineral finish create a beautifully structured wine. It pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, grilled lamb, hearty Mediterranean dishes, and aged cheeses.
