Domaine Jérôme Bretaudeau Granit Clos des Perrières is a single-vineyard Muscadet made entirely from Melon de Bourgogne. The vines were planted in the late 1980s on rocky pink-and-white granite and quartz soils. Fermented with native yeasts and matured for approximately 18 to 24 months on the lees in concrete tanks, the wine offers impressive texture, mineral precision and ageing potential while retaining Muscadet’s characteristic freshness and saline character.
