Description
Château Saint-Pierre 2020 is a Fourth Growth Bordeaux from Saint-Julien, produced predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The wine combines concentrated black fruit, graphite and spice with polished tannins and excellent aging potential. It was matured for around 14 months in French oak, approximately 50% new.
Testing Note
Deep violet-purple with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, licorice and spice. The palate is concentrated and refined, with velvety fine-grained tannins, graphite and dark-fruit flavors, finishing long and intense.
