Zena Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore 2021 is a refined Italian white wine from Cupramontana in the Marche region, an area particularly renowned for high-quality Verdicchio. Made from 100% Verdicchio, the fruit is selected from older vines in the Brecciole area. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, followed by approximately 12–18 months of aging in stainless steel, including extended contact with fine lees. This gives the wine freshness, structure, mineral complexity and excellent aging potential.
