Zarate Tras da Vina Albarino 2022 is a distinctive single-vineyard white wine from the Val do Salnes area of Rias Baixas, Galicia. It is made from 100% Albarino grown on a south-facing parcel with deep granitic soils. The producer ferments the wine spontaneously in stainless steel, then ages it on fine lees for about 24 months without batonnage, adding texture and complexity while preserving its bright acidity and mineral character.
