Produced from 100% Albarino sourced from estate vineyards averaging around 35 years old, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel on its lees. The 2025 vintage is bright and energetic, showing citrus fruit, mineral character, crisp acidity and a distinctly saline Atlantic-influenced finish.
