Yannick Amirault Cote 50 2021 is an organic Cabernet Franc from the Bourgueil appellation in France’s Loire Valley. Made from vineyards on predominantly sandy terraces above Bourgueil, the wine emphasizes freshness and pure fruit. Gentle maceration followed by aging in large oak vessels and stoneware jars helps preserve its vibrant, approachable character.
Testing Note
