The Sauvignon Blanc 500 is a classy white wine from the von Winning winery in the Palatinate. It takes its name from the 500 liter wooden barrel in which it was fermented. With juicy aromas of elderberries and gooseberries as well as hints of vanilla and marzipan, it already inspires in the fragrance. On the palate it is fresh and intensely fruity, with an electrifying acidity and an immense glaze that is rarely encountered.
