Description
An elegant old-vine Garnacha from vineyards surrounding El Real de San Vicente in the Sierra de Gredos. The separate vineyard parcels are fermented with native yeasts and matured in a combination of concrete vessels and large oak foudres, preserving freshness and mineral character.
Testing Note
Light ruby with fragrant aromas of red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry, dried herbs, thyme and white pepper. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with fine powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory, chalky-mineral finish.
