Vincent Girardin Rully 1er Cru Grésigny 2023 is a refined white Burgundy made from Chardonnay grown in the limestone-rich soils of the Grésigny Premier Cru vineyard. The wine offers fresh aromas of apple, pear, citrus and delicate white flowers, complemented by subtle vanilla from restrained French oak aging. The palate is full, rich and precise, with refreshing acidity, smooth texture and a clean mineral finish. It is aged on fine lees for approximately 15 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, with only about 10% new oak.
