The wine shows ripe cherry and red fruit layered with dried plum, nutmeg, ginger, and savory herbal notes. The palate is structured yet elegant, with bright acidity, refined tannins, and a long, persistent finish. It is matured for approximately 26 months in large oak botti followed by additional bottle aging.
