Varvaglione Cosimo Collezione Privata Negroamaro del Salento 2017 is a powerful, full-bodied red wine produced from old-vine Negroamaro grapes in Puglia. The wine is matured for at least six months in French oak barrels and American oak tonneaux, developing concentrated dark-fruit flavours with notes of spice, tobacco and liquorice. Its rich texture and long, warming finish make it an excellent pairing for roasted meats, hearty pasta, rich sauces and mature cheeses.
