Valckenberg Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a fresh, aromatic German white wine from Rheinhessen. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are grown on calcareous loess-loam soils and harvested at full aromatic ripeness. After gentle pressing, the wine is fermented at controlled temperatures and matured reductively to preserve its bright fruit character. The result is an expressive, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with exotic fruit, cassis and gooseberry notes balanced by lively acidity.
