Made primarily from Mencia grapes grown on steep, slate-rich vineyard terraces around the village of Entoma, the wine is matured for approximately ten months in oak barrels. It offers concentrated dark-fruit character balanced by freshness, fine tannins, mineral notes, spice, and a long, dry finish.
