Trefethen HāLo Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a flagship, single-vineyard Cabernet from the Hillspring Vineyard in Napa Valley’s Oak Knoll District. Crafted from 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot, it offers an elegant yet powerful expression with aromas of dried rose petals, cherry and plum layered with tobacco, white pepper, wet stone and subtle woodsy notes. The palate is rich and concentrated, showing dried cherry, plum skin and crushed blueberry, supported by structured tannins and a long, focused finish. The wine is aged for 30 months in 100% new French oak.
