Torres Fransola Sauvignon Blanc is one of Spain's benchmark Sauvignon Blanc wines, crafted by Familia Torres from high-altitude vineyards in the Penedès DO. Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve vibrant fruit, while the remainder is fermented and aged for six months in French and American oak barrels, creating an elegant balance of freshness, minerality, texture, and subtle oak complexity.
