Tiffon XO Cognac is a mature expression from the historic Tiffon family house in Jarnac, France. The XO is assembled from aged eaux-de-vie from respected Cognac growing areas and matured in French oak in Tiffon's cellars. Its aromatic profile is deep and fruit-driven, combining dried apricot, fig and raisin with vanilla, toffee, nuts and seasoned oak. The palate develops chocolate, old leather, tobacco and warm spice, showing the complexity expected of extended Cognac maturation. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ML decanter, it finishes long with dried fruit, cocoa and warming spice.
