Tiffon Supreme Cognac is a richer and more aromatic house blend created from eaux-de-vie drawn from several crus within the Cognac appellation. Tiffon uses the diversity of these growing areas to build a spirit with greater aromatic intensity while maintaining the smooth, polished character associated with the house. The base wines are traditionally double-distilled in copper pot stills and the resulting eaux-de-vie are matured in French oak before blending. Supreme sits above the entry-level expressions in concentration, showing a broader mix of fruit, floral tones, spice and mature oak. Bottled at 40% ABV, it has a supple texture and enough aromatic depth to work particularly well as a neat pour or over a single cube of ice. The finish is smooth, persistent and gently spiced.
