Produced in France, it blends cream with Cognac to create a soft, dessert-oriented spirit with more grape-brandy depth than a standard cream liqueur. The aroma is creamy and sweet, with vanilla, caramel and gentle Cognac fruit underneath. On the palate, milk chocolate, toffee and cream are balanced by warming oak and dried-fruit notes from the Cognac component. Bottled at 17% ABV in a 700 ML bottle, it is suited to serving chilled, over ice, in coffee or in dessert cocktails.
