Thompson Estate The Specialist Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a limited-production premium Cabernet from selected rows of the estate’s sustainably grown vineyard in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. It is medium to full-bodied, combining ripe red and black fruits with fine tannins, savory spice, and impressive length.
Testing Note
Fresh aromas of red berries, raspberry, forest fruits, blackberry, violets, clove, and subtle mint. The palate shows red berry and blackcurrant fruit with a succulent yet firm tannin structure, followed by dark chocolate and savory spice on the persistent finish.
