Thomas Labaille LAuthentique Sancerre 2025 is a classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc from Chavignol in Sancerre, France. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit comes from multiple estate parcels planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, with vines averaging around 25 years old. The grapes are sustainably farmed and harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in fiberglass and cement tanks, followed by 4–6 months of aging on the lees in stainless steel before bottling without filtration.
