Thomas Hine & Co. Petite Champagne H By Hine Cognac is a VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) Fine Champagne Cognac made from a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions. It is aged for at least four years in French oak barrels. It has a brilliant amber color and a floral and fruity aroma with notes of lime, apricot, ginger, vanilla, and pepper. It has a smooth and delicate palate with a spicy finish.
