Description
A pure, biodynamically cultivated Cabernet Franc from one of the Loire Valley’s leading producers. Hand-harvested fruit is fermented and briefly matured in stainless-steel and wooden vats to preserve freshness, aromatic purity and the region’s characteristic chalky minerality.
Testing Note
Bright ruby color with violet reflections. Expressive aromas of raspberry, red cherry, blackberry and flowers mingle with subtle herbal, graphite and forest notes. The palate is supple and airy, offering crisp fruit, fine tannins and a persistent, chalky mineral finish.
