Teso La Monja Alabaster 2023 is a powerful Toro red made from Tinta de Toro, the local expression of Tempranillo, and represents one of the estate's most concentrated wines. The nose is packed with blackberry, black plum and dark cherry, followed by violet, warm spice, cocoa and mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is dense and full-bodied, yet its intensity is shaped by fine, powerful tannins and enough freshness to keep the fruit defined. Layers of dark fruit, spice and earth continue to unfold through the long finish. Alabaster is a serious Spanish red intended for rich food, decanting and cellaring, with impressive depth and persistence.
