Terroir Sense Fronteres Vertebra De La Figuera 2022 is an elegant, high-altitude Garnacha from old bush vines grown near La Figuera in Montsant. The approximately 60-year-old vines are planted around 700 meters above sea level in red clay soils layered with gypsum. Fermentation and maturation take place entirely in concrete, without oak, preserving the wine’s bright fruit, freshness and mineral character. Its refined, almost Pinot Noir-like texture makes it an excellent pairing for lamb, roasted poultry, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean cuisine.
