Terres Dorees Beaujolais Blanc Chardonnay 2023 is a fresh, mineral-driven white wine from Beaujolais, France, produced by Jean-Paul Brun of Domaine des Terres Dorées. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards around Charnay in southern Beaujolais, where sandy clay-limestone soils contribute freshness and finesse. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, undergo natural malolactic fermentation, and are aged in steel and concrete with periodic lees stirring.
