Terlano Winkl Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is an elegant dry white wine from the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in hillside vineyards between 280 and 580 meters above sea level, this wine showcases exceptional freshness and mineral complexity. Carefully hand harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for 7 to 8 months, with 80% in stainless steel and 20% in large wooden barrels. Expressive aromas of apricot, mandarin, passion fruit, elderflower and mint lead to a beautifully balanced palate with refined acidity and a long mineral finish. An excellent pairing for seafood, asparagus, smoked salmon and goat cheese.
