Tenuta di Fessina Il Musmeci Bianco is a refined, limited-production white wine made from 100% Carricante grown in Contrada Caselle near Milo on the eastern slope of Mount Etna. The nearly century-old bush vines grow at approximately 950 metres above sea level in mineral-rich volcanic soils, producing a wine with remarkable freshness, structure and a distinctive saline character.

The wine displays a straw-yellow colour with green reflections. Aromas of citrus zest, lemon thyme, aromatic herbs, wax, vanilla and flinty minerals lead to a precise, complex and savoury palate. Its vibrant acidity, volcanic minerality and long, clean finish make it an excellent pairing for seafood, grilled fish, risotto, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
