Tenuta Capofaro Didyme Malvasia Salina IGT 2021 is a dry, aromatic white wine produced from Malvasia delle Lipari grapes grown on the volcanic island of Salina. It offers fragrant floral and Mediterranean herb aromas with citrus, almond and mineral notes. The palate is soft and balanced, showing fresh acidity, juicy citrus fruit and a distinctive saline finish.
