Tambo Dulce de Leche Liqueur is an Argentine cream liqueur created to capture the flavour of traditional dulce de leche. The producer makes its own dulce de leche from milk and sugar, concentrating and caramelizing it before blending it with an alcoholic maceration of vanilla. This process creates a creamy, dessert-like profile with authentic caramelized milk character rather than a generic sweet-cream flavour. The palate is soft and smooth with dulce de leche, vanilla, toffee and cream. Bottled at 17% ABV, Tambo can be served neat, over ice, with coffee or as a dessert-cocktail ingredient.
