Tacchino Du Riva Dolcetto d’Ovada Superiore 2018 is an elegant and concentrated Italian red wine produced from Dolcetto grapes in Piedmont. It offers aromas of ripe cherries, damson plums, dark berries, anise, dried herbs, and subtle earthy spice. The palate is dry, rich, and well structured, with concentrated dark fruit, refreshing acidity, soft integrated tannins, and hints of licorice through the lingering finish. Although enjoyable now, its depth and structure provide potential for further aging.
