      St. George Single Malt Whiskey Lot 24 is a limited annual release from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California. It is made from multiple roast levels of two-row barley along with barley smoked over beech and alder wood. Lot 24 blends 25 casks, including former bourbon, apple brandy, rum, Torrontés, Tannat, Port, and California Sauternes-style wine casks. The youngest barrel is 5½ years old and the oldest is 11½ years old, with components incorporating whiskies dating back 20 years.

      The nose opens with warm orange, followed by pastry, cocoa powder, and hints of cola. The palate offers brown butter, spice cake, cocoa, and toasted marshmallow, leading into a bright smoky finish.
