The palate is powerful and structured, with velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, polished finish. Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard is known for old-growth Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon plantings, and SOM’s Bourn Cabernet is produced in very limited quantities.
