Save 20%Shichi Hon Yari Winter Warrior is a small-production Junmai Ginjo Nigori sake brewed by Tomita Shuzo in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Made from locally grown Tamazakae and Ginfubuki sake rice polished to 60%, it offers tropical notes of pineapple, papaya and coconut with a creamy, rice-forward texture. Unlike many sweeter nigori sakes, it finishes refreshingly dry with bright acidity and a clean mineral character. Gently mix the sediment before serving and enjoy well chilled.
