Shafer Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay 2023 is a rich yet vibrant single-vineyard Chardonnay from the cool-climate Carneros region. Fermented with native yeast in French oak and stainless-steel barrels, it undergoes no malolactic fermentation, preserving bright acidity and freshness. The palate offers ripe peach, white nectarine, apple, citrus zest and subtle tropical fruit, complemented by integrated spice and mineral notes. It is full-bodied and creamy, with excellent balance and a long, refreshing finish.
