Settlement Heritage Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a single-vineyard white wine produced from organically farmed, mature Sauvignon Blanc vines in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. The vineyard’s free-draining silty clay soils help create a concentrated and mineral-driven wine with lively citrus character and refreshing acidity. Most of the wine is fermented in stainless steel, while approximately 15% is fermented in seasoned French oak to add texture and complexity.
