Scarecrow M. Étain Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a premium estate-grown red wine from the historic J.J. Cohn Estate in Rutherford, Napa Valley. The 2022 blend contains 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 4% Malbec. It was fermented in small batches, aged for approximately 19 months in French oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. The wine offers ripe dark-fruit character, firm structure and polished oak influence.
