Saxum Booker Vineyard Paso Robles Willow Creek District 2017 is a powerful, full-bodied Rhône-style red blend from California’s Paso Robles region. Made from 76% Syrah and 24% Mataro, it offers concentrated flavors of blackberry and raspberry preserves with dark chocolate, grilled meat, licorice, orange peel, dusty earth, herbs and floral accents. The wine was produced with 21% whole-cluster fermentation and aged for 21 months in a combination of oak and amphorae, creating a rich, structured palate with polished tannins, vibrant freshness and a long finish.
