Sartori Regolo Valpolicella Ripasso is an intense, full-flavored red wine from Veneto made using the traditional Ripasso method. Re-fermentation with Amarone pomace adds richness, depth and a smooth texture, with concentrated dark and dried-fruit character.
Testing Note
Intense and persistent, with flavors of black cherry, dried apricot and dried fig, complemented by spice and a rich, velvety texture.
