Description
Santadi Shardana 2020 is a rich, structured red from Sardinia’s Valli di Porto Pino IGT. Built primarily from Carignano with Syrah, it combines ripe Mediterranean fruit, spice, earthy complexity, and polished oak influence. The wine is aged in French oak barriques, giving it depth and a smooth, persistent finish.
Testing Note
Aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, dried flowers, black pepper, graphite and earthy notes. The palate is full and harmonious, with ripe fruit, savory spice, smooth tannins and a long, persistent finish.
