San Salvatore Falanghina Campania 2023 is a fresh, aromatic southern Italian white made from 100% Falanghina. The grapes come from the Cannito vineyard at roughly 150–210 meters elevation. After a short cryomaceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for about six months on its fine lees, preserving bright fruit while adding texture. Expect citrus, green apple, pineapple, apricot, orange blossom and Mediterranean herbs, with a savory, saline finish.
