San Polo Amphora Vignamasso Toscana 2021 is a distinctive organic Italian red wine crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Vigna del Masso vineyard in Montalcino, Tuscany. Produced by San Polo, this limited-production wine showcases traditional winemaking techniques through fermentation and aging in terracotta amphorae.

The 2021 vintage offers aromas of ripe cherry, black pepper, cloves and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it displays vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins and delicate citrus zest, leading to a fresh, savory and mineral-driven finish.

Fermented with whole grape clusters and naturally occurring yeasts, the wine spends approximately 14 months in amphorae, allowing its fruit character and vineyard expression to develop without oak influence.
