Saint Benevolence Aged Clairin is a premium Haitian aged sugarcane spirit handcrafted in Saint Michel de l’Attalaye. It is produced from a field blend of indigenous sugarcane varieties, including Cristalline, Madame Meuze, Farine France and 24/14. The fresh cane juice and locally prepared cane syrup are naturally fermented with wild yeast, pot distilled and aged for 18–22 months in new American oak barrels. The result is a rich and distinctive expression of traditional Haitian Clairin with fruit, spice and oak complexity.
