Rowen CR18 Cabernet Sauvignon Cooley Ranch Vineyard Sonoma County 2018 750 ML
Rowen CR18 Cabernet Sauvignon Cooley Ranch Vineyard Sonoma County 2018 is a premium California red wine crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the high elevation vineyards of historic Cooley Ranch. Situated above the fog line in Sonoma County, the vineyard features volcanic soils and Pacific Ocean influences that contribute to concentrated fruit and balanced acidity.
The 2018 vintage offers rich aromas of juicy cassis, blackberry and dark fruit, complemented by delicate floral notes. The medium bodied palate delivers impressive depth, robust tannins and refreshing acidity, leading to a long, smooth and elegant finish.
Aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels, this Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled filet mignon, braised short ribs, roasted lamb and rich chocolate desserts.
