Rippon Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is an exceptional premium white wine from the picturesque shores of Lake Wanaka in Central Otago, New Zealand. Crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in biodynamically farmed vineyards, this distinctive wine beautifully expresses the region's ancient schist soils and cool alpine climate. Hand-harvested grapes undergo natural fermentation, with approximately half fermented in seasoned French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel, creating remarkable depth, texture, and complexity. Expressive aromas of white peach, grapefruit, pear, fresh herbs, and delicate floral notes lead to a sophisticated palate with vibrant acidity, savory complexity, and distinctive mineral character. Subtle hints of beeswax, citrus zest, and stone fruits complement its long, refreshing finish. Perfect for pairing with grilled seafood, oysters, asparagus, goat cheese, fresh salads, and Mediterranean cuisine.
