This Champagne is made only from Chardonnay grape wines (Blanc de blancs) and from the Cumieres terroir, classified Premier Cru of Champagne.This "Volupte" cuvee, Millesimee exclusively from the 2015 harvest, is blended from 50% of the "les Chênes" parcel, southeast exposure (great fruit expression) and 50% of the "les Tourne midi" parcel, west exposure (purity of minerality).
