QUI Tequila Platinum Extra Anejo Tequila is a crystal-clear extra-aged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. After distillation, the tequila is matured for more than three and a half years in selected American whiskey and French Bordeaux barrels, allowing it to develop the depth, richness and aromatic complexity associated with long-aged tequila. QUI then applies a proprietary filtration and redistillation process that removes the mature barrel color while preserving the character created during aging. The profile combines vanilla, butterscotch and hazelnut aromas with caramel, vanilla and toasted coconut on the palate. Oak becomes more prominent toward the finish, which is warm, soft and exceptionally smooth. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ML format, this is a refined sipping tequila that delivers mature extra anejo character in a distinctive platinum-clear presentation.
