A refined Premier Cru red Burgundy from Domaine Pierre Labet, made from Pinot Noir grown in the Coucherias vineyard in Beaune. The vineyard features steep, southeast-facing slopes with stony clay-limestone soils. The 2022 shows elegant red-fruit character, fine tannins, freshness, and subtle oak influence. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by approximately 12–15 months of aging in French oak barrels.
