      Peter Michael L’Après-Midi Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is an estate-grown white Bordeaux-style blend from the winery’s high-elevation Les Pavots Vineyard in Knights Valley. Predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a small portion of Sémillon, it is whole-cluster pressed, naturally barrel-fermented in French oak and aged on the lees without malolactic fermentation. The wine combines ripe tropical and stone-fruit flavors with fresh acidity, a creamy texture and a long, clean finish.
