Peter Michael Belle Côte Chardonnay 2019 is a luxurious, estate-grown white wine produced from the winery’s oldest Chardonnay vineyard in Knights Valley. The high-elevation vineyard’s cool microclimate allows the grapes to ripen slowly, creating a rich yet fresh Chardonnay. It offers floral and exotic aromas with layers of citrus, stone fruit, creamy brioche, toasted nuts and mineral character. The wine was naturally fermented in French oak barrels and aged on the lees for 12 months with weekly bâtonnage.
